This is why we struggle to think clearly during challenging and stressful situations.
When the psychological needs of employees are met by incorporating the 7 brain science-based strategies into leadership behaviours and by adapting the leadership approach, this shuts down the limbic system in employees and activates executive functioning building a future-fit workplace culture of employee engagement, psychological safety, and motivation.
